HOW TO USE TANDOORI BBQ TIKKA MASALA

  1. DURING MARINATION: Add 5-10 drops of Tandoori BBQ Tikka Liquid Masala to the marination.

  2. DIRECTLY IN DISH: Add 10-12 drops of Tandoori BBQ Tikka Liquid Masala directly in dish, mostly towards end of cooking process.

  3. FOR ENHANCING REGULAR TANDOORI BBQ MASALA: You can also add 15 ml of Tandoori BBQ Tikka Liquid Masala in 100 grams of regular tandoori/barbeque sauces/mayonnaise/masala for preparing highly flavourful and aromatic tandoori dishes.

We understand that every family's taste preferences differ, hence we advise you to start with 4 to 5 drops at first and gradually increase upto 10-12 drops per dish (for 3-4 servings) to develop a flavour that perfectly suits your taste.

Here's a delicious and easy Restaurant style Shahi Paneer Recipe from our United SpiceInDrops Chefs:

  • Clean and cut 250gm chicken in desired size.
  • Cut Onion & Capsicum into square flakes.
  • Marinate the chicken & vegetables using 4 tbsp hung curd, 1 tbsp mustard oil, 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp roasted fenugreek leaves, salt as per taste and 4-5 drops of Spice-in-Drops Tandoori Blend.
  • Massage the chicken well, cover and put in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  • Put the Marinated chicken and vegetables alternatively on the skewers. Bake these at 200 degree Celsius for 20 mins.
  • Mix 4 drops of Spice in Drops Tandoori Blend with melted butter and brush it on chicken and vegetables, rest it outside for 10 mins.
  • Put it back in for 20 mins. Serve hot.
  • 250 ग्राम चिकन को साफ करे और मनचाहे आकार में काटें। प्याज और शिमला मिर्च को चौकोर आकार में काटें।
  • चिकन और सब्जियों को 4 चम्मच टंगा दही, 1 चम्मच सरसों के तेल, 1 चम्मच कशमीर लाल मिर्च पाउडर, 1/2 चम्मच हल्दी, 1/2 चम्मच काली मिर्च, 1 चम्मच भुनी हुई मेथी के पत्तों, स्वादानुसार नमक और Spice in Drops तंदूरी ब्लेंड की 4-5 बूंद के साथ मैरीनेट करें।
  • चिकन को अच्छी तरह से मसाज करें, कवर करें और 1-2 घंटे के लिए फ्रिज में रखें। मसालेदार चिकन और सब्जियों को सीख पर लगा दें।
  • 20 मिनट के लिए इन्हें 200 डिग्री सेल्सियस पर बेक करें। Spice in Drops तंदूरी ब्लेंड की 4-5 बूंद को पिछले हुए मक्खन के साथ मिलाएँ और इससे चिकन ब्रश करके 10 मिनट के लिए बाहर रखें।
  • इसे 20 मिनट के लिए फिर बेक करें | गर्म - गर्म परोसें।
