You can

coffee to enhance the taste (1 drop for 1 cup) or to flavour your Cookies, Cakes, Bakery, Beverages, Ice-creams, Toffees or any desserts of your choice. You can also add Coffee flavour in non-food items, like face-masks, scrubs and other cosmetics.

Here is a coffee flavoured recipe from chefs at United Group:

  • In a squeaky-clean bowl, take 50gm of mascarpone cheese and soften it (do not beat)
  • In a double boiler, take 2 egg yolks, add 25gm sugar & whisk till it reaches a ribbon like consistency
  • Whip cream in a separate bowl and mix with egg yolks
  • Now, take 2 egg whites in a bowl and add 25gm sugar to it, whisk till it reaches a soft peak consistency
  • Fold in both the mixes of eggs into mascarpone cheese, gently
  • Brew your espresso & add 4-5 drops of Coffee Flavour in it
  • Take savoiardi biscuits (lady finger biscuits), soak in coffee mix and form a layer in a baking tray, create an alternate layer of mascarpone cheese and repeat this upto 3 times
  • Finally dust the top with coffee powder, set and serve!
  • एक साफ-सुथरे कटोरे में, 50 ग्राम मैसकरपोन चीज़ लें और इसे नरम करें
  • एक डबल बायलर में, 2 अंडे की जर्दी लें, इसमें 25 ग्राम चीनी मिलाएं जब तक यह एक रिबन जैसा बहने लगे
  • एक अलग कटोरे में क्रीम लें और अंडे की जर्दी के साथ मिलाएं
  • अब, एक कटोरे में 2 अंडे की सफेदी लें और उसमें 25 ग्राम चीनी मिलाएं, जब तक यह एक नरम स्थिरता तक नहीं पहुंच जाए
  • अंडे के दोनों मिश्रणों को मैसकरपोन चीज़ में मिलाएँ
  • थोड़ा ब्लैक कॉफी बनाकर इसमें कॉफी फ्लेवर की 4-5 बूंदें डालें
  • सेवियोर्डी बिस्कुट को कॉफ़ी के मिश्रण में भिगोएँ और बेकिंग ट्रे में एक परत बनाएँ, इसके ऊपर मैसकरपोन चीज़ की एक परत बनाएँ और इन परतों को 3 बार तक रीपीट करें
  • अंत में ऊपर कॉफी पाउडर छिड़कें, सेट करें और परोसे
