Here is a Rose flavoured recipe from chefs at United Group:

  • Boil 500ml full cream milk; add lemon juice to it to make it split
  • Sieve it through a muslin cloth and wash it once to get rid of excess sour flavour
  • Now take it in a bowl or a plate and rub it with your palm till it's smooth and creamy.
  • Make small balls out of this mixture, set aside.
  • In a pressure cooker, heat 4cups of water and 1 ½ cup of sugar, let it come to a boil.
  • Once it starts bubbling, drop in the chhena balls & Rose Flavour.
  • Remove the whistle and cover the lid. Boil it for 15-20 minutes. Cool the rasgullas in refrigerator and serve cold.
  • 500ml फुल क्रीम दूध उबालें; दूध फटने के लिए इसमें नींबू का रस मिलाएं
  • इसे एक मलमल के कपड़े से छान लें और खट्टे स्वाद को दूर करने के लिए इसे एक बार धो लें
  • अब इसे कटोरे या प्लेट में लें और इसे अपनी हथेली से तब तक रगड़ें जब तक यह मलाईदार न हो जाए।
  • इस मिश्रण में से छोटी-छोटी बॉल्स बनाकर एक तरफ रख दें।
  • प्रेशर कुकर में, 4 कप पानी और 1.5 कप चीनी गर्म करें, इसे उबाल लें।
  • एक बार जब यह अच्छे उबाल जाए, छेना की गेंदों को डाल दीजिए और गुलाब फ्लेवर डालें।
  • सीटी निकालें और ढक्कन को कवर करें। इसे 15-20 मिनट तक उबालें।
  • रसगुल्लों को फ्रिज में ठंडा करके परोसें।
