Here is a Pineapple Flavour flavoured recipe from chefs at United Group:

  • In a clean bowl, whisk 3 eggs with 75 gm of sugar till they are light and airy
  • Through a sieve, add 75gm of refined flour, 5gm of baking soda and 5gm of baking powder and mix this in the wet mixture
  • Add 4-5 drops of Pineapple Flavour in the batter
  • Pour the batter in a lined cake mould, bake at 180°C for 15-16 minutes
  • Cut the sponge into 3 layers
  • On a cake base, lay down first layer of pineapple sponge, brush it with sugar syrup and spread a layer of cream followed by a layer of pineapple jam, add second layer of sponge and repeat sugar syrup, cream and pineapple jam, finally topped with last layer of sponge.
  • Now cover the whole cake from all side using cream, Decorate the cake with you desired toppings
  • Set in refrigerator and enjoy.
  • एक साफ कटोरी में, 75 ग्राम चीनी के साथ 3 अंडे फेंटें
  • इसमें 75 ग्राम मैदा, 5 ग्राम बेकिंग सोडा और 5 ग्राम बेकिंग पाउडर छानकर मिला लीजिए
  • इसमें पाइन-एप्पल फ्लेवर की 4-5 बूंदें डालें
  • एक केक मोल्ड में मिक्स्चर डालिए, और 180° C पर 15-16 मिनट तक बेक करें।
  • स्पन्ज केक को 3 परत में काट लें
  • पाइन-एप्पल केक की पहली परत को एक केक बेस पर रखें, इसके ऊपर चाशनी ब्रश करें, अब क्रीम की परत डालें, फिर अनानास जैम की एक परत डालें, इन तीनों परतों को दोहराएँ और सबसे ऊपर पाइन-एप्पल स्पन्ज की आखरी परत रखें
  • अब क्रीम का उपयोग करके सभी तरफ से पूरे केक को कवर करें, और अपनी मनपसंद टॉपिंग के साथ केक को सजाएं
  • रेफ्रिजरेटर में सेट करें और आनंद लें।
