HOW TO USE GARAM MASALA

  1. DIRECTLY IN DISH: Add 10-12 drops of Biryani Liquid Masala directly in dish, mostly in last stage of cooking.

  2. FOR ENHANCING REGULAR GARAM MASALA: You can also add 15 ml of Liquid Garam Masala in 100 grams of regular garam masala for preparaing highly flavourful and aromatic veg or non veg dishes.

We understand that every family's taste preferences differ, hence we advise you to start with 4 to 5 drops at first and gradually increase upto 10-12 drops per dish (for 3-4 servings) to develop a flavour that perfectly suits your taste.

Here's a restaurant style tasty and easy Matar Paneer Recipe from our United SpiceInDrops Chefs:

  • Heat 100 ml refined oil in a pan and add 1/4tsp whole cumin, 1 tbsp fine chopped ginger, 1, tbsp fine chopped garlic.
  • When it splutters add 30g chopped onion and 120g fresh onion paste. Saute till golden brown in colour.
  • Add 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder and sauté.
  • Add 50g chopped tomatoes, 250g fresh tomato puree, 2 finely chopped green chillies cook till oil floats on surface. Bring to a boil.
  • Add 100g cubed paneer and 60g of green peas and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • Finish with 4 drops of Spice in Drops Garam Masala, 20g butter, 30g chopped fresh coriander and place in a bowl.
  • Garnish with ginger juliennes, green chilli, and 1 sprig of fresh coriander. Serve hot.
  • एक पैन में रिफाइंड तेल गरम करें और उसमें 1/4 चम्मच साबुत जीरा, 1 चम्मच बारीक कटा हुआ अदरक, 1 चम्मच बारीक कटा हुआ लहसुन डालें।
  • जब जीरा भुन जाए तो उसमें 30 ग्राम कटा हुआ प्याज और 120 ग्राम ताजा प्याज का पेस्ट डालें।
  • सुनहरे भूरे रंग तक भूनें। इसमें 1 चम्मच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च, आधा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर, 1 चम्मच धनिया पाउडर डालें और भूनें।
  • 50 ग्राम कटा हुआ टमाटर, 250 ग्राम ताजा टमाटर प्यूरी, 2 बारीक कटी हरी मिर्च डालें। उबाला आना दे । 100 ग्राम कटा हुआ पनीर और 60 ग्राम मटर डालकर 8-10 मिनट तक पकाएं।
  • United SpiceInDrops की 4 बूंद डालें, 20 ग्राम मक्खन, 30 ग्राम कटा हुआ ताजा धनिया के साथ समाप्त करें और एक कटोरे में निकालें।
  • अदरक जूलियन्स, हरी मिर्च, और ताजा धनिया से गार्निश करें। गर्म - गर्म परोसें।
