HOW TO USE PAV BHAJI MASALA

  1. DIRECTLY IN DISH: Add 10-12 drops of Pav Bhaji Liquid Masala directly in dish towards end of cooking process.

  2. FOR ENHANCING REGULAR PAV BHAJI OR SABJI MASALA: You can also add 15 ml of Pav Bhaji Liquid Masala in 100 grams of regular Pav Bhaji masala or Sabji masala for preparaing highly flavourful and aromatic Pav Bhaji or potato dishes.

We understand that every family's taste preferences differ, hence we advise you to start with 4 to 5 drops at first and gradually increase upto 10-12 drops per dish (for 3-4 servings) to develop a flavour that perfectly suits your taste.

Here's an authentic Bombay style Pav Bhaji Recipe from our United SpiceInDrops Chefs:

  • Chop carrots, beans, cabbage (and any other vegetable of your choice)
  • Boil all the vegetables, together, in a cooker
  • Meanwhile, in a karahi, heat butter, add ½ tsp mustard seeds & pinch of hing
  • Add 1 tbsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste and cook well
  • Add 1½ bowl onion paste and cook till golden
  • Add 1½ bowl tomato puree and cook well till the oil separates
  • Add boiled vegetables to the tadka and mash with a spoon or a hand blender
  • Add, salt, 1 tsp Coriander powder, 1 tsp Red chilli powder, ½ tsp garam masala, 1/3 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1 tsp dry mango powder & cook
  • Add boiled green peas & pour 4-5 drops of United SpiceInDrops Pav Bhaji Liquid Masala
  • Mix well & serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander & paneer cubes.
  • गाजर, बीन्स, गोभी (और आपकी पसंद की कोई अन्य सब्जी) को काट लें
  • सभी सब्जियों को एक साथ कुकर में उबालें
  • एक कढ़ाई में मक्खन गरम करें, उसमें थोड़ा सरसों के दाने और चुटकी भर हींग डालें
  • 1 चम्मच अदरक-लहसुन-हरी मिर्च का पेस्ट डालें और अच्छी तरह से पकाएं
  • कटोरी प्याज का पेस्ट डालें और सुनहरा होने तक पकाएं
  • कटोरी टमाटर का पेस्ट डालें और तेल के अलग होने तक अच्छी तरह पकाएँ
  • उबली हुई सब्जियों को तड़के में डालें और चम्मच या हैंड ब्लेंडर से मैश करें
  • नमक, 1 छोटा चम्मच धनिया पाउडर, 1 छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर, चुटकी भर गरम मसाला, 1/3 छोटा चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर, 1 छोटा चम्मच अमचूर पाउडर और पकाएं
  • उबली हुआ हरा मटर और United SpiceInDrops पाव भाजी मसाला की 4-5 बूंदें डालें
  • अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं और कटा हरा धनिया और पनीर के छोटे टुकड़े के साथ गर्म परोसें।
