HOW TO USE MEAT MASALA

  1. DURING MARINATION: Add 5-10 drops of Meat Masala while marinating the meat.

  2. DIRECTLY IN DISH: Add 10-12 drops of Meat Masala directly in dish, towards end of cooking process.

  3. FOR ENHANCING REGULAR MEAT MASALA: You can also add 15 ml of Meat Masala in 100 grams of regular meat masala for preparaing highly flavourful and aromatic non veg dishes.


Advisory of Our Flavorist
We understand that every family's taste preferences differ, hence we advise you to start with 4 to 5 drops at first and gradually increase upto 10-12 drops per dish (for 3-4 servings) to develop a flavour that perfectly suits your taste.

Here's an Old Delhi style authentic Mutton Do-Pyaza Recipe from our United SpiceInDrops Chefs:

  • Clean and wash ½ kg meat
  • In a pressure cooker, heat 2½ tbsp oil/ghee and crackle 2-inch piece of cinnamon, 4 small green cardamoms and 4 cloves
  • Add 1 cup sliced onions and fry till golden brown
  • Add ½ tbsp ginger-garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes
  • Add 1 tsp Kashmere red chilli, 1 tsp garam masala, ¼ tsp turmeric powder and salt to taste. Fry for 2-3 minutes
  • Add the meat, fry for 5 minutes and add ½ cup chopped tomatoes, fry for 5-7 minutes and add ½ cup water. Close the lid and put on the whistle
  • Give 6-8 whistles then simmer for 7 minutes till meat tenders
  • Finish with 4-5 drops of United SpiceInDrops Meat Masala
  • Serve topped with chopped coriander and julienne of ginger.
  • आधा किलो मीट धोएं और साफ करलें
  • प्रेशर कुकर में 2½ चम्मच तेल/घी गरम करें, दालचीनी का टुकड़ा, 4 छोटी हरी इलायची और 4 लौंग डालें
  • 1 कप कटा हुआ प्याज डालें और सुनहरा भूरा होने तक भूनें
  • 1 चम्मच अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट डालें और 2 मिनट के लिए भूनें
  • 1 छोटा चम्मच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च, 1 छोटा चम्मच गरम मसाला, चुटकी भर हल्दी पाउडर और स्वादानुसार नमक डालें
  • 2-3 मिनट के लिए भूनें
  • मीट डालें, 5 मिनट के लिए भूनें और आधा कप कटा हुआ टमाटर डालें, 5-7 मिनट के लिए भूनें और आधा कप पानी डालें
  • ढक्कन बंद करें और सीटी लगाएं
  • 6-8 सीटी दें फिर 7 मिनट के लिए मीट टेंडर तक उबालें

  • कटा हरा धनिया के साथ परोसें।
