HOW TO USE CHINESE TADKA MASALA

  1. DIRECTLY IN DISH: Add 10-12 drops of Chinese Tadka Liquid Masala Essence directly in dish while cooking.

  2. FOR ENHANCING REGULAR CHINESE SAUCES & MASALA: You can also add 15 ml of Chinese Tadka Liquid Masala Essence in 100 grams of regular Chinese masala/chilli sauce/soy sauce/mustard sauce/continental sauce for preparing highly flavourful and aromatic Chinese dishes.

Here's a street style Veg Fried Rice Recipe from our United SpiceInDrops Chefs:

  • Soak 1 cup of rice for 40 mins.
  • Meanwhile, chop 3-4 cloves of garlic, 1 inch of ginger, 2 medium sized onions, 2 green chillies, some green onion shoots and coriander leaves.
  • Boil sweet corn and green peas. Dice 150 gm of paneer.
  • Boil the rice and set aside.
  • Heat a kadhai, put 1tbsp of oil, and add garlic and ginger followed by onion and sauté well.
  • Put green chillies, sweet corn, green peas and boiled rice in that order.
  • Season with 1tsp soya sauce, 1tsp vinegar, 1tbsp schezwan sauce, salt and black pepper and 2-3 drops of Spice in Drops Chinese Tadka.
  • Toss the rice well on high flame. Top with paneer, coriander leaves and green onion shoots & serve hot.
  • 40 मिनट के लिए 1 कप चावल भिगोएँ।
  • इस दौरान लहसुन, 1 इंच अदरक, 2 मध्यम आकार के प्याज, 2 हरी मिर्च, कुछ हरा प्याज और धनिया पत्ती काट लें।
  • स्वीट कॉर्न और हरी मटर उबालें। 150 ग्राम पनीर को काट लें।
  • चावल उबालकर अलग रख दें। एक कड़ाई गरम करें, उसमें 1 चम्मच तेल डालें और उसमें लहसुन और अदरक डालें फिर उसके बाद प्याज डालकर अच्छी तरह से पकाएँ। इसमें हरी मिर्च, स्वीट कॉर्न, हरी मटर और उबले हुए चावल डालें।
  • ऊपर से 1 चम्मच सोया सॉस, 1 चम्मच सिरका, 1 चम्मच शेज़वान सॉस, नमक, काली मिर्च और 2-3 बूंद Spice in Drops चाइनीस तड़का डालें।
  • तेज़ आंच पर चावल को अच्छी तरह से मिक्स कर ले।
  • पनीर, धनिया पत्ती और हरे प्याज के साथ गार्निश करें और गर्म परोसें।
