Here is a Mango-Shake flavoured recipe from chefs at United Group:

  • Soak 2 gelatin sheets in ice-cold water
  • In a clean bowl, whip 100gm of cream and set aside
  • In a separate bowl, take 3 egg whites and whisk them well with 60 gm of sugar till they reach soft peak consistency, incorporate this in the whipped cream
  • On a double boiler, whisk 2 egg yolks with 30gm of sugar, till they reach a ribbon like consistency
  • Mix this with the previous mixture and fold
  • Add 50gm of mango pulp along with 4-5 drops of Mango Shake Flavour and fold
  • Now add melted gelatin and mix well
  • Chill and serve in your desired manner.
  • 2 जिलेटिन शीट को बर्फ वाले ठंडे पानी में भिगोएँ
  • एक साफ कटोरे में, 100 ग्राम क्रीम डालें और अलग रख लें
  • एक अलग कटोरे में, 3 अंडे का सफेद भाग लें और उन्हें 60 ग्राम चीनी के साथ अच्छी तरह से फेंट लें, इसे क्रीम में शामिल करें
  • एक डबल बॉयलर पर, 30 ग्राम चीनी के साथ 2 अंडे की जर्दी फेटें, जब तक वे एक रिबन जैसा नहीं बन जाता
  • इसे पिछले मिश्रण के साथ मिलाए
  • मैंगो शेक फ्लेवर की 4-5 बूंदों के साथ 50 ग्राम आम का गूदा मिलाएं
  • अब इसमें पिघला हुआ जिलेटिन डालें और अच्छी तरह मिलाएँ
  • चिल करें और परोसें।
