HOW TO USE SHAHI PANEER MASALA

  1. DIRECTLY IN DISH: Add 10-12 drops of Shahi Paneer Liquid Masala directly in dish, mostly towards end of cooking process.

  2. FOR ENHANCING REGULAR SHAHI PANEER MASALA: You can also add 15 ml of Shahi Paneer Liquid Masala in 100 grams of regular shahi paneer masala for preparing highly flavourful and aromatic Paneer dishes.

We understand that every family's taste preferences differ, hence we advise you to start with 4 to 5 drops at first and gradually increase upto 10-12 drops per dish (for 3-4 servings) to develop a flavour that perfectly suits your taste.

Here's a delicious and easy Restaurant style Shahi Paneer Recipe from our United SpiceInDrops Chefs:

  • Take 300g paneer and cut into 1/2 inch thick triangle pieces.
  • Heat 5 tbsp oil/ghee in a pan. Add paste of 3 medium size onions and fry till golden brown.
  • Add 5 tbsp tomato paste and stir for 5-7 minutes or till oil separates.
  • Add 1tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, 1/2tsp garam masala and salt according to taste.
  • Cook till masala leaves oil. Add 2 tbsp magaz paste, 2 tbsp kaju paste, 2 tbsp fresh cream and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add 1 cup of hot water, bring to boil and then add paneer pieces, simmer for few minutes. Finish it with 3-5 drops of Spice in Drops Shahi Paneer Blend.
  • Garnish with green coriander leaves and fresh cream, serve hot.
  • 300 ग्राम पनीर लें और ½ इंच मोटी त्रिकोण टुकड़ों में काट लें
  • एक पैन में 5 चम्मच तेल / घी गरम करें
  • 3 प्याज का पेस्ट डालें और सुनहरा भूरा होने तक भूनें
  • 5 बड़े चम्मच टमाटर का पेस्ट डालें और 5-7 मिनट या तेल अलग होने तक हिलाएं
  • स्वाद के अनुसार 1 चम्मच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर, 1/2 चम्मच गरम मसाला और नमक डालें। तेल अलग होने तक पकाएं
  • 2 चम्मच मगज पेस्ट, 2 चम्मच काजू पेस्ट, 2 चम्मच ताजा क्रीम डालकर 1 मिनट तक पकाएं
  • 1 कप गर्म पानी डालें, उबाल लें और फिर पनीर के टुकड़े डालें, कुछ मिनट के लिए उबालें
