Here is a suggested Chocolate dish from Chefs at United Group:

  • In a clean bowl, beat 3 whole eggs, add 75 gm of sugar and whisk till light and airy
  • Incorporate 50gm of refined flour through a sieve, in the eggs
  • In a separate bowl, melt 50gm of butter and 50gm chopped chocolate
  • Add chocolate mix to the egg & flour mix
  • Add 4-5 drops of Chocolate Flavour in the batter and fold gently
  • Pour the batter, in greased ramekin moulds and bake at 210°C for 10-12 minutes
  • Serve hot with a little dusting sugar on top.
  • एक साफ कटोरे में, 3 अंडे को फेंटें, इसमें 75 ग्राम चीनी डालें और एक साथ मिलाएं, जब तक यह हल्का और हवादार न हो जाए
  • इसमें 50 ग्राम मैदा छान लें
  • एक अलग कटोरे में, 50 ग्राम मक्खन और 50 ग्राम कटा हुआ चॉकलेट पिघलाएं
  • अंडे और मैदा मिश्रण में चॉकलेट मिलाएँ
  • मिश्रण में चॉकलेट फ्लेवर की 4-5 बूंदें डालें और अच्छे से मिलाएँ
  • घिसे हुए रम्किन मोल्ड्स में मिश्रण डालें और 10-12 मिनट के लिए 210 डिग्री सेल्सियस पर बेक करें
  • ऊपर से थोड़ी डस्टिंग शुगर डालकर गरमागरम परोसें
